1. Is there any Prerequisites to attend this program?

There is NO Hard pre-requisites to attend WAST Live Online sessions. However, if you have basic awareness about Internet and related flaws, it would be easier to understand the concepts.

2. Do I get a Session Recording?

Yes, we provide Session Recording to students, accessible for 90 Days post completion of program.

3. I somehow missed the scheduled session in my Batch or Time Zone. Can I attend same in another Batch?

Yes, You are free to switch your Batch as per your convenience. Moreover, if you miss session in both of scheduled Batches, you can always follow the provided Session Recordings for reference.

4. What devices should I have to get access to online lab?

You can access our unique and dedicated cloud based Lab, using a Computer System with RDP (available in windows OS by default), and SSH Client (e.g. Putty or similar) with Internet Connectivity. 

5. Where is my online Lab Infrastructure placed, how H2S addresses any Performance or any accessibility related delay?

We have partnered with both Amazon & Google Cloud, to ensure Global reachability and minimum latency in accessing Lab environment. Before start of the program, you will receive specific instructions enabling us to decide and place required Lab at  the appropriate location.

6. How will I receive and use the Discounted ‘WASD’ Exam Voucher?

Your 100% Discounted ‘WASD’ Certificate exam Voucher with 6 months validity, will be emailed to you on last day of your Batch. In case you want Exam vouchers early, feel free to write to us at [email protected] , it would be made available within 48 hrs of your request. These vouchers are applicable globally across all PearsonVUE Test Centers.

7. Its a limited time Program, How my related queries will be resolved?

You can get specific answers to your queries in below way: 

• Pre-Session: By sending your relevant queries prior to the session to [email protected] . We will be ensuring your query is addressed over Email or during the session.
• During Session
• Post-Session: You will receive dedicated email-id, to send your queries post program.
